Hammer Con Guest List Announced.

Although still 100 days away the Hamilton Comic Con announced their preliminary guest list yesterday and it looks like its going to be a pretty fantastic show. For the first time they're expanding it to a two day event and the guest list includes Sam Jones who I'm extremely excited about, Flash Gordon, filmed in 1980 is one of the most under-rated films of all-time and in my opinion one of the best films of all time.  Produced by Dino De Laurentiis staring Sam Jones, Melody Anderson, Topol, Max von Sydow, Timothy Dalton, Brian Blessed, and Ornella Muti, the film is an absolute masterpiece.

 

 

Harley Quinn and Power Girl 1

The new Harley Quinn and Power Girl #1 came out last week, finally had a chance to sit down and read it tonight. No spoilers and I don't have much time tonight anyway. Suffice to say it's a thoroughly enjoyable read. Love that Amanda Conner- Paul Mounts cover art. No reason to think I won't continue to collect this book.

 

 

Conspiracy of Innocence

No one group of individuals puts more time and effort into their fan films than the fans of  Star Trek . When I see one that is truly impressive I just have to acknowledge it. Jump aboard the Starship Farragut for this cool little half hour adventure. Great special effects, great set design, professional acting and a cool little story make this one definitely worth watching...enjoy.

Niagara Falls Comic Con 2015

Just getting back from the Niagara Falls Comic Con, what a great conventions, my only compliant is that it's getting a bit pricey, the admission fee of $40.00 is a bit hard on the wallet. Picked up a really nice copy of Green Lantern #41 and Green Lantern #61 among other things. I'll post my haul in the next upcoming video which should be ready to go in a few days.
